Do i have a problem?!?

I need to know if i need help or if i have a problem, basically i haven't spoken to my dad in 3 years because of bad problems and a while after this i kept on having panic attacks each night for like a month where i would be laying in bed and i would start to feel really hot but start shivering uncontrollably like a fit or something and then i would feel like my stomach is sinking and i would shake for a good 10 minutes or maybe longer and start to sweat, since then i have been having recurring dreams where each of my family members are in a room being hung from the ceiling and it would be a different person each time. After this passed i have realised i get angry extremely quickly and i take a stress ball every where i go as i feel im in need of it anywhere i go, i like cant go anywhere without it. i have have a bit of trouble from school as i have been suspended and stuff and also recently i think of the most disturbing things in my head and i know i do it but i cant physically stop them from coming up, like literally so disturbing and messed up, i seem to get really paranoid sometimes and angry extremely quickly. i think i may have a problem but i don't know what it is, is this me just being stupid but this has gone on for a few years and im starting to get more worried and think about it everyday. any helpful answers would be great.

One bowl has 113 calories which means by the time I've had lunch, I've had 226 calories. I have a digestive biscuit or a fruit if I feel hungry before dinner. A digestive biscuit has 74 calories. By dinner time, I've had 300 calories. I have a breast piece of barbecue for dinner which I'm not sure but has around 257 calories I think. Which means I have 557 calories a day. I eat more digestive biscuits if I feel I'm taking very less calories. I want to know how much weight and in how much time will I lose if I continue this diet. Thanks. :)

there is a way to do it in excel, but cant remember exactly how. i do know that you can use notepad to do it though. make sure that you have two blank columns to the right of the one that has the data in it. in the first one, type PVT.LTD, then drag it down so that you have that in all cells in that column. then highlight both columns. if you dont know how to do this, assuming that they are columbs A and B, you hit the A, then hold SHIFT and hit the B. Both columns should not be highlighted. you then copy via right click, or the edit menu. then open notepad and paste. the result should be the two columns with a tab in between them. highlight one of the tabs, then go to edit and cut. then go to edit and replace. past the tab in the "find what" field. you have to past because if you just hit a tab here it will then just move to the next field. then hit "replace all" to replace all the tabs with nothing, which will delete all tabs. then do edit, select all and copy. go back to excel and click on the first cell in the 3rd column which should still be blank, and past. the result should be the new column has the other two merged. hope this helps.

As important as the job is of combat arms, the standards shouldn't be lowered...period. Putting women in their own unit still requires lower than current standards because you would have them meeting female standards rather than male. And there are men who have a hard time meeting those standards. We want the absolute best...mentally AND physically...do to those jobs. We shouldn't open those jobs up to women unless we as a country are totally lacking in men who volunteer and are fit for those jobs...and I don't see that ever happening

My husband was demoted from SGT to PFC in 2006. He had an inefficiency board for 2 counts of fraternization. We have looked about information on this and there are many problems. So at time my siblings, or I would carry him outside for a few minutes. At first he was subtle , but than he started running out of arms, and heading in bushes. My mom only allowed him to go to our bedrooms, living room etc, if he stays an indoor cat. That's why we stopped taking him outside, because he's literally prone to get dirty. Now he keeps meowing, and always wants to be let out. Our vet told us no, he said it was dangerous, and our kitten would fight with other cats. He acts violent if he can't go outside,or he keeps meowing. At times I let him on our drive way for a little bit, but he keeps running of to the road, or dirty places. So i don't know what to do, he's always meowing to go outside, or he acts possessed and jumps every where until we take him outside, but then he doesn't listen to us !

Spider bite toxicity and age?

I have what I believe to be a spider bite and at its worst it looked like a large yellow oval with a thin red ring around it. I have been seeing many brown recluse spiders recently and have had a small one (about the size of my pinky fingernail) that has been crawling around my wall and ceiling near my bed. I know that a brown recluse bite would have been much worse than that so I was wondering if the age of a spider affects the toxicity of its bite.

Why won't my car start?

I have a '96 Olds Ciera with a 3.1. Now that's it's getting warmer out, it doesn't like to start. I use my car to deliver mail and it will run fine all day until I turn it off and try to start it again. It will turn over but not fire. When it turns over, it isn't smooth. It chugs and sputters and stinks, like a barbecue grill. But it will start with a jump. After I jump start it, it runs rough for a couple minutes. I rev it up a little and it smooths out and runs fine. I've replaced the alternator, battery, and intake air temp sensor. I'm running out of ideas.

Use higher wattage bulbs. Experiment with different types of bulbs, for example halogen. I used to have a halogen floor lamp and it produces a very bright light. Additionally, maybe a string of small white christmas-type lights around the room & mirrors. You could possibly add a track light.

Ok, so a few days ago I noticed some bees flying around my room and I thought it wasn't a big deal. Then yesterday there were more bees (yellow jackets) and they were coming in uncontrollably! I tried to see where they were coming from but I couldn't. Today I noticed that there was like a hole in the ceiling but am not quite sure if they're coming from there. Im painting my bedroom and got a couple questions?

You may be able to do it in that time if you can recruit two helpers. First you will have to tape everything off. Next you will paint the ceiling, then the four walls and lastly the frame boards. I don't know if you've ever painted before but it is tough. Your arms get tired after a while, especially when you're painting up high. And then you have to put more than one coat on so, yeah. I think you can do it with the assistance of some helpers. Can you stall your sister? Maybe tell her to go pick something up for you on her way home? Also, I would say you need approx two five gallon cans to paint this room.

Does crown molding go with country themed decor?

A little background...we have a farmhouse or country looking home (it has a full length covered front porch with rocking chairs and a swing) with tan siding and maroon stairs and deck with white trim railings. Inside I used to like old world style but it never really worked. So I'd like to go casual country (not too extreme). The problem is my dining room has 10 or 12 foot ceiling with crown molding and I thought that crown was more traditional. My husband doesn't think the country theme is going to work and insists he likes the tuscan look. My colors on my 1st floor are tan (entry and kitchen), terra cotta (half bath, which I can paint), golden yellow (dining room) and different beiges (in livingroom, wainscotting) plus we couldn't decide on color it was the first room we decorated when we moved in but the sofa is moss green and we have 2 recliners that are rust/red orange (but I could do slip covers). So what should I do about the crown molding? Leave it alone and just decorate?

Help with Cathedral Ceiling and Ceiling fan question...?

Our contemporary house has a cathedral ceiling over the main living space and a huge ceiling fan. When we bought the home, the fan is set for the winter direction, pulling the air up. There does not appear to be a switch to change the direction to push the air down nor is there a remote control. Does anyone know how to change the direction if there is no visible switch or remote. Or should we leave as is, and put the fan on high. which would not create a breeze but would circulate the air. We have the central air on, and am debating whether the fan could help my electric bills or make it worse by pushing the warm air that has floated to the ceiling bk down again???? In the beginning I was at some sort of barbecue with a bunch of shadows of people. The cook wasn't there, and people started leaving. I frantically looked around for my mom but I couldn't find her. I gave up and wandered off to some apartment courtyard, and only I was there. The white flowers of this huge tree began falling all over me. I put out my hand and many flowers fell into my hand. Then all of a sudden in my other hand was my knife. I dropped it, though I'm unsure why. It cut my wrist and is was bleeding a lot. It stung, but I was mesmerized by it. It seemed to beautiful to me. I began walking with no apparent place to go. I just stared at my wound for a long time. It had stopped bleeding at this point. I looked up from my wrist and kept walking. I was in a neighborhood I've never been in before. I looked down an alleyway and there was a guy beating his girlfriend. I kept walking and in the next alleyway some other guys were fighting the guy who was beating his girlfriend. I woke up then. I had a surge of enlightenment and a strange sort of happiness afterward. Are you using the remote socket at the moment? if so you should already have the supply for the light running into the socket then the cable leading from the socket up to your light, it will still work if you leave the ceiling light connected but disconnect any additional appliances connected to the socket.

I am a really pretty woman but I enjoy doing guy things...normal?

I am 27. I love high heel shoes, makeup, perfume, getting my hair and nails done, always waxed, plucked, and tweezed. I actually work for a makeup company and get dressed up for work every single day...on my days off when I am not relaxing I enjoy fishing, concerts, barbecuing, poker, dominoes, playing paintball, going out and throwing back a few cold BEERS not the girly umbrella drinks, watching baseball, working on cars...if my husband will let me help, homerun derby with my brother even tho I will never get it over the fence, shooting hoops, driving go karts...I have to admit that even if I am going to get intimate with my husband girl on girl action videos work best. I am in NO way bisexual, bicurious, or gay. I can and do enjoy things like cooking and baking but it seems like I love so many things that are meant for men...how do I start finding more enjoyment in things that women do??? What exactley do women do??? The reason that I think that this bothers me most is because my husband likes cars and playing in his band...doesnt do any of the other above mentioned things...he finds most of them too dangerous.
