Which is best diploma computerscience in govt or btech cs in pvt ?

B.Tech CS is far better than Diploma. You should not bother about govt. or pvt. college. Yes I know that there is a lot of difference in the fees between a govt and a pvt institute, but you should bear in mind that B.Tech is much much much better than Diploma. Therefore it should be preferred.
