I m from Lucknow and doing pvt. job before 8 yrs. old. but not get any success.?

I am living at Lucknow and doing pvt. job before 8 yrs. old. but not get job satisfection and earn. Please suggest me for self employment in Lucknow city and how can take help from other organization.
