I need a girl's opinion, does she like me?

I wouldnt ask her about why she stares at you. as a girl, i would then feel like closing the convo. quickly so what i would do if i were you is talk to her over facebook but dont talk about if she likes u or anything like that. ask for her number after you guys have talked a couple times, and as you get to know her, youll see she will open up a lot more and be a lot less shy. after this you can go up to her and shell feel more comfortable around you. she may still be shy (avoiding eye contact) but that just means she likes you so dont worry. keep talking to her, and flirt with her! good luck :)
