What to do after bds?

Hi,m a bds student persuing intrnsip.M in a search of good career option furthur.I heard abt doin mds frm russia.Can i get job in dental colleges after doin that?In india pvt college cost around 5lak per yr,which is nt affordable fr me.I'm lukin 4 a course,aftr which i cn get a job n along wit that,i can continue my pvt practice too.I heard abt hospital administration,can this course fulfill my requirements?Pls give suggestions...Any advice highly appreciated.
