My wife is non-cooperative and against me on all the issues even on sleeping, eating,?

My wife is non-cooperative and against me on all the issues even on sleeping, eating, marketing and to mix and talk with my relatives. She is working in a Pvt. school getting govt. scale pay. I am also a salaried person with State Govt. and got married 17 years back and having two daughters aged 16 and 12 years . Since then I am trying hard to pacify her on all the issues. To make her happy in Oct' 2007 I had purchased a new flat with my entire saving of 20 years in her name after selling my own small flat which was in my name + our joint savings. At that time she promised to co-operate me in all aspects. But she become more aggressive When I scold her in front of all family members on her misbehaviour in Nov' 09, and since then I tried hard to pacify her to my best and Since Nov'09 now She don't like to talk with my mom and my brothers. She threaten to take divorce from me in front of children and reiterate to leave them alone almost every day or day after. She spend her whole energy to fight with me on one pretext or another instead to teach good lessons to the daughters. Due to her this aggressive behavior now neither children listen to me nor care for her mother and seems to going in wrong direction. I tried hard to pacify her to maintain marriage and to see the future of daughters but It seems I am loosing my patience. What should I do?
