Will my new apartment loft run up my electric bill?

I'm about to move into an apartment loft this weekend. its a one bedroom with a spiral staircase and vaulted ceilings. Im wondering will the vaulted ceilings or how spacious it is raise my electric bill? Or not since it is like a studio on top of a studio since there is no wall separating the room?
