I am 45% shareholder of a Pvt. Ltd. company. How can I quite the company and get the share value?

I know selling my shares to someone is one of the option, but I cant find anyone who will purchase my share, bcoz my share percentage is below 50%. Is there any way to get the share value? buy-back or something.
