How to get rid of bees?

Ok, so a few days ago I noticed some bees flying around my room and I thought it wasn't a big deal. Then yesterday there were more bees (yellow jackets) and they were coming in uncontrollably! I tried to see where they were coming from but I couldn't. Today I noticed that there was like a hole in the ceiling but am not quite sure if they're coming from there. There are some in the window where my air conditioner is and some in the light bulb. There are also a lot dead on the floor. I dont know how to get rid of them. The bee inspection is $200 !
