Why is Obama blaming the GOP for the corporate jet tax break, when it was in Obama's Stimulus plan?

Evidently he doesn't read the bills either. None of them if you compare what he says to what is really in them. All he says is "spend money". Insurance for everybody! The devil is in the details. Either he is trusting the wrong people or he is a con artist. I haven't totally decided but I'm leaning toward the latter. At any rate, that makes him a bad leader. This kind of thing just happens too often.
