The people who run these kind of business are either retired intelligence officer or ex-army (special branch). No doubt, they are the best at their job. And because of their past service, they holds very good relation with the top administrative persons. They always have the authorized permission to tap cell phones etc. They can even visit mobile service provider's office and takes out detail call record of the victim. Above all they are more dangerous because they are not govt. officials. They have to be total ruthless to establish their business. Check out your newspaper classifieds if you are in need of them.
