I have been married for almost 8 months.There are some problems at my in-laws place.Even my husband know about that. It is because of his niece ( a 8 year old girl & daughter of his elder sister). She stays with us, as her parents resides abroad. She is a laadli in the house. My husband love that little girl. They both have very good attachment. I am feeling very lonely with this relationship. Initially for 2 months, the girl used to sleep in our bedroom. Even my in-laws are fond of her, as their financial status is very good. When i told this to my husband, he is not ready to listen. He was very furious & even beaten me very badly because of that girl. I lost my father at the age of 10 years, Now i am 24. I dont even have brothers. I have only one elder sister. My mom stay in a separate rented house, which is near to my sis residence. My husband asked me to stay with my mom, as i have problem with the child. Even my in-laws stated that, they are not ready to miss the child. They asked me to move out of house. In that case, i asked my HUS for separate family life. He is not ready to live his parents & family. I even told to give his entire income to them, as i am employed in a pvt. firm. I can bear the expenses of my family. He is not listening. I even asked to take a rented house which is near to our in-law's residence. He is not listening. Our's is a love marriage. I expected a lot from him. He is not understanding my feelings. When i stay with my mom, he will come once a week. We will not even spend time at my mom's place. With i stay in my in-laws place, the girl comes & falls on my husband & she keeps on disturbing us. She is great laadli for my HUS. NO PRIVACY. NO TIME TO SPEND WITH MY HUSBAND. WHAT IS THIS MARRIAGE LIFE. We both are employees. Together, we move from the house at 12noon & come back at 8pm&9pm. It is very less time we both spend at home. He will get up daily at 11am. no time in the mornings. If we go outside to any restaurant, the girl will come along with us. She will sit in a front seat in our car. i will sit backside. This was situation in my in-laws place. I want to change his mind. There is no understanding between us. When he stay privately in my moms place, he will be a very good partner. But he will harass me, when he is drunk. What is the solution. This is the initial stage of my wed life. This is filled with lot of disturbances. Tell me how to change his mind? He is not the only son for his parents, he got one younger brother. I asked to give his entire salary to his family. My salary is enough for our expenses. I am not asking him to forget responsibility towards his family. I I WANT HAPPY LIFE

The promotions depend upon the position. Then you could hold your current position for just a few months and move onto another position with the same or different agency. So basically, you may start higher with a private firm, but I believe you will increase your salary faster with the federal government, and have more opportunities for promotion.
