How to get justice from employers and pf and releving letter in india?

i was given unfair treatment by american express india pvt ltd in gurgaon i met with an accident they gave me medical leave and thn took resignation they did not give me any medical insurance and my incentive and bonus now they are not even giving me my releaving letter and pf instead they are asking for recovery
